Payment

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) .
Prices can be converted in (EUR) Euro, (GBP) British Pound, (NIS) Israeli shekel or any other of your local currency during the payment procedure.
Payment must be made using a valid credit card.

Full payment must be verified before design work is undertaken. When payment has been verified, the client will be sent a confirmation e-mail, marking the beginning of the design process. This will normally occur within one business day (12 hrs) up to 3 business day (72 hrs) EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.

REFUND

We offer a full money back guarantee on all Ready made logos. A risk-free way of getting your new logo today.
If you Are not happy with your logo design or you change your mind, contact our customer service and within 15 days you will get a full refund.

The only condition is that we did not deliver the ANY file source of the logo. In that case you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

We do not refund any money on custom design services.

Work procedure / Approval of designs

The graphic designer commences work after confirmation of payment. The initial design will be sent to the customer within 1-3 business days (12-72 hours) after confirmation of payment.

The design will be sent via e-mail to the customer. The customer may upgrade the design with additional fee and change text content in the design template, the colors in the design and fonts. There will be an additional charge for design modifications that are considered special modifications, such as font style, colors, or illustrations.

Every design template the customer receives will indicate its file type. The file types most widely used on the website are graphics files such as: psd, pdf, ai, eps, jpg, gif, png.

After completion of the design and its approval, the customer will be sent via e-mail, a file in printable format. Customization service includes 1 round of changes, which you specify on your order, any further changes will require additional fees. Every package has a different time frame for completion which can vary depending on the circumstances and design requirements.
If the e-mail address provided by the customer is incorrect or is no longer used, or there exists any other kind of restrictions, the customer must provide the appropriate infrastructure for sending/opening files.

EXCLUSIVE license purchase price

In the event that you purchase the logo template, you receive a buyout purchase license because you are the last one to buy the template. You will get sole ownership and the logo template will be removed from the site and will be available only to you. After this exclusive purchase, the template is permanently deleted from the www.Design-online-logo.com directory and will no longer be available to other customers. You may distribute or sell the template to a third party.

Images, illustrations and fonts – You can use images, clip art, fonts to develop one project only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is strictly forbidden.

Modifications

www.Design-online-logo.com will make text modifications for you and place your company name in the design template and according to what’s written in the work order. You may make changes to our template in order to adjust the logo to your needs. In order to edit these effects, you will need graphics software and skills.

Customized design template

If you wish to modify the design template or any other design you require, we recommend you do this via www.Design-online-logo.com. Our design department is at your disposal and can be contacted at the e-mail address info@www.Design-online-logo.com. You can adjust the logo colors, the font style, and design any additional promotional product for a nominal fee.

Copyright / Ownership

All products are the property of the website www.Design-online-logo.com. Our product is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Under no circumstances is the company or its agents liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct or indirect damages, losses, penalties, incidental or consequential damages, or others arising from the use or inability to use our products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to carry out the appropriate research to confirm that the content provided is not acquisition currently in use and/or does not fall under the trademark of a third party, patent or other proprietary right.

Personal and/or commercial use

You may use the design template without any restrictions as required for commercial or personal use. www.Design-online-logo.com does not provide registration services, nor does it assume responsibility in the event of a plagiarized name, an existing identity or extreme logo similarity.

Governing law and jurisdiction

On accessing this website, you agree that anything related to your access and use of the website and/or its products will be regulated by the laws of Israel, regardless of conflict of law principles. As such, you also agree to the jurisdiction and personal space exclusive to the courts in Singapore for all such matters pertaining to your access or use of this website and/or its products.
